Felt slippers

For us from HAUNOLD felt slippers are slippers made from genuine wool felt. Genuine wool felt is made exclusively from pure new wool. Therefore: please check the composition carefully every time you buy felt. Synthetic fibers are often added to wool and it is also possible that the "felt" is made of 100% polyester! Keep your eyes open when buying felt, it should be pure wool!

Felt slippers are easy to clean but should not be immersed in water. You can find out the best way to clean your pure wool slippers here.

Please do not wash your felt slippers in the washing machine. They could lose their shape and shrink. Or, to explain it technically: the fulling process could continue in the washing drum. The felt would shrink further, becoming firmer and smaller. Therefore, better clean the felt as described here!

Yes, felt slippers are warm because wool regulates the temperature. They are suitable for people with cold feet as well as for those with sweaty feet.

You can find our felt slippers for guests in our shop for 29€. If they are made from a single piece (sole and upper part felted together) they cost between 75 € and 105 €.

High-quality felt slippers with firm soles can last many years. They can be consumed by rough floors or nervous big toes.
